Test fitting The other side Clamp holds it in place so you can drill the holes in the bumper Piece of metal that was riveted to the back side of the bumper....use unknown... Piece removed...weight savings? :-)

          The installations was straight forward.  As with most aftermarket parts, it's not a direct fit but since both the bumper skin and rear valance are plastic it was easy to stretch/bend the two to make them line up correctly.
