I made the frame over a year ago and could never find the right grill mesh.  The stuff that I was finding was too thin and didn't look good.  I finally found mesh just recently that I liked and competed the project.  This new grill mesh hides the raditor and horns pretty well and all and all doesn't look to bad ;-)
